


Our Menu
Our menu reflects the local specialities and regional products of the Dombes and Bresse regions. It offers a delicious choice of starters, main courses and desserts made from fresh products, mainly from local producers. Between cooked fillet and fricasseed goujonnettes, the fish of the Dombes can be perfectly adapted. Our pan-fried frogs are fresh from the day and the Bresse poultry is sublime in its juice or married to Bresse cream. From Tuesday to Sunday lunchtime, Le Duverger invites you to the table for the best of its gastronomic and gustatory specialities.
